This is not a Property Hunting service, but works with online listings that you send me. I need floor plans and full address and photos, together with the date of birth of the buyer/s or renter/s, in order to assess which ones are then worth your time visiting with me for the final decision. In some cases we can make the decision off of a virtual assessment, especially in fast moving markets like London, but usually it is best to also have an onsite visit from me (separate service) as well, following this pre-purchase assessment.
This service is £140 per online listing and includes an email summary of the basic feng shui strengths and weaknesses for you to consider, but not any solutions. Thereafter onsite visits are chargeable from £410 for UK based properties within 2 hours of London. Feng Shui optimisation would require a full consultation following purchase/exchange or rental agreement. For overseas properties further work can be carried out remotely on a case by case basis and fee.
